DIY Garden Rooms South East

We manufacture and sell a range of stunning DIY garden room kits. Self-build kits are ideal for homeowners who aren’t in a position to wait for an installed garden room, office or studio. Our DIY Garden Room Kits can be selected from the ‘off the shelf’ set size range or by using the ‘made to measure’ service for individual project requirements.

Every garden room achieves high levels of thermal performance and air tightness, requires minimal site assembly time and features a high-quality contemporary finish that will continue to perform year after year. Our rooms come in a variety of sizes, from small to very big. We have a range of 11 models with options for cladding, including cedar. We also supply bespoke garden buildings to fit aby space.

We also supply specialist self build garden buildings throughout the South East of England. We have designed our range of superior build workshops to offer homeowners a choice of strong, insulated and secure workshops that are fit for purpose and suitable for a variety of locations.

Our workshops are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops that are built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor and roof. All of our prefabricated workshops are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.

Ideal for a range of practical uses and creative hobbies, such as making furniture and pottery, machining and equipment storage, our prefab garden workshops are designed to be installed on concrete or strong paved areas and can safely accommodate ride-on lawn mowers, motorbikes, workbenches and fixed machinery.

Our workshop kits are built using the SIPs system that we manufacture at our purpose-built facility using the highest quality materials; a cost-effective, sustainable method of construction delivers strength, versatility and longevity.

Pods

We design and build a wide range of insulated glamping pods, tailored to suit different needs. Our glamping pods, including models such as the Classic, Premier, Maximus and Escape, feature curved roofs, bright interiors and flexible layouts.

We also create modular pods using structural insulated panels, with options like the Cube, Barn, Abode, Retreat, Lodge, Cabin, Duo and Trio. These are prefabricated for efficient delivery and quick assembly.

For sites that are harder to access, we provide flat-pack pod kits, available as external shells or with internal finishes, allowing easy transport and assembly.

Our pods are ideal for glamping sites, hotels, schools, pubs, activity centres, sports clubs and more, providing versatile and stylish accommodation across the UK. You can choose a full build or a kit option, and we’ll work with you to deliver the perfect solution for your project.

We built this cedar executive model for a client on the South Coast of England. This one was built to suit the clients' need for extra space for an office for a new business.

We recently supplied this big luxury cedar garden room in Kent for a customer. They used this as an extra living space in their home.

Modular School Building

We built this building for a school, it was customised and included a storage solution for the client as required. We design and build all of our schoolrooms and annexes to order. We like to create unique and practical buildings using sustainable and durable materials.

Studio

A prefab studio garden room that we built for a client in Sevenoaks. This one includes French doors and made with vertical cedar cladding. This room provided extra space for a client, including using part for a home workspace.
