Installed Garden Rooms Essex

We build insulated, year-round garden rooms across Essex. Each installed building uses either 97 mm or 122 mm SIPs for strong thermal performance, with ground screw foundations and a typical on-site build time of four to five days.

Standard spec includes uPVC glazing, an EPDM roof with guttering, laminate flooring, trim, LED lighting and a fuseboard. Choose from Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar or composite cladding to suit your garden style.

For design ideas: the Executive has a deep front canopy for extra shelter, the Diplomat pairs clean lines with a full-width overhang and wide glazing, and the Glevum suits studios, gyms or guest rooms thanks to its balanced proportions.

DIY Garden Rooms

We manufacture insulated DIY garden room kits for customers across Essex. Our self-build kits come in three options:

Shell Kit — an insulated structural framework for full customisation.
Shell and External Kit — the structure plus the external package.
Complete Kit — pre-finished walls for a simpler build and a more controlled budget.

Choose from eight designs in multiple sizes, starting from compact 2.5 m × 2.5 m layouts. The Studio model uses large glazed panels for a bright workspace. Our Executive design gives you extra internal room for an office, gym or guest use. The Diplomat’s corner glazing opens up the view, while Solo suits a one-person garden office.

Garden Pod Basildon

We recently constructed a Premier model garden pod for a homeowner near Basildon, finished in cedar and fully insulated. It’s now used as a combined study and playroom for the family.

Bespoke Studio Colchester

A Colchester photographer needed consistent natural light for a working studio. They chose a bespoke Studio layout with additional windows at both ends, plus space for a desk, meeting table and equipment storage. The build uses our insulated standard specification with laminate flooring, and we completed the interior finish.

Home Gym & Sauna

Final photos of a self-build Studio kit assembled at a home in Essex. The building is 8.6 m × 6 m and was planned as a multi-use room, with a gym, sauna and extra storage.
