Our garden rooms, offices, and bespoke SIPs buildings are available across Cheshire, including Chester, Warrington, Macclesfield, Crewe, and throughout the North West region. Our range of buildings includes workshops, pods and annexes.

We supply an extensive range of insulated garden rooms for customers in Cheshire, including in Chester and Warrington. Installed garden rooms are usually ready for installation in 4 weeks, and they take 4-5 days to install on-site.

Our installed garden room models are all built with 122 mm SIPs, meaning they have 100 mm insulation, which means these are suitable for year-round use.

If you are looking for a small garden room, our Solo is 2.4 m x 3 m and is perfect for a one-person home office or workspace. The Diplomat is one of our popular garden room models and looks excellent. With an overhang to the front elevation and an opening glazed panel to the side, this garden room is bright and airy. This design comes in sizes up to 3.6 m x 5.2 m.

Our 8 models mean there are various styles to choose from; you can also choose the size required and the cladding finish. Options for cladding include British cedar, Western Red cedar, composite and Thermowood. We can also build bespoke sizes and styles.

DIY Garden Rooms Cheshire

We manufacture and supply DIY flat-pack garden room kits, allowing homeowners to create insulated outdoor spaces. Our range of self-build kits come in three variations: the Shell Kit, which provides an insulated structural framework for full customisation; the Shell and External Kit, which includes external finishes while leaving the interior flexible; and the Essential Complete Kit, which offers pre-finished walls for a budget-friendly, easy-to-assemble solution.

The kits are available in eight designs, each catering to different needs. The Studio features large glazed panels for a bright and open feel. The Executive is spacious and stylish, ideal for offices, gyms, or guest rooms. The Diplomat has a unique corner glazing design for panoramic views. The Solo is a compact, single-person space with full-height front glazing.

Each garden room is built to deliver exceptional thermal efficiency and airtightness, requiring minimal assembly on site. With a stylish, modern finish, these garden rooms are crafted to maintain their high performance year after year.

Garden Building Examples

Yoga Studio Chester

We used one of our 4x3m studio model rooms to create a yoga studio in for a customer to practise in. This one required floor space for their yoga mats and installed blinds and pleasant mood lighting. They opted for acoustic walls to keep the inside quiet and create a relaxing space. We constructed the exterior from cedar wood and had a small decked area added to relax in the garden.

Executive Warrington

Our client required an office in the garden to free up space in the house. They used this office for a small business to use for work and storage of paperwork. They opted for the Executive design in cedar wood. We fitted the building with commercial grade laminate flooring and decorated to the clients’ requirements.

Completed In Cheshire

Self Build Kit

This is a 4 x 2.5m flat pack kit that one of our customers completed in Cheshire. This garden room is currently being used as a party/sleepover room for teenagers, which will then be converted to a workshop once they have left home.
