DESIGN, BUILD & INSTALLATION
1. Can you make bespoke size rooms?

Yes, all of our rooms are made to order and can be made in any size and specification required.

2. Am I able to upgrade my room with selected extras?

Yes. We very rarely build any two rooms that are exactly the same, therefore you can choose from a range of standard and extra features to get the exact room you want.

3. How long will my room take to install?

Typically rooms take seven days on site to complete. The panels are built in advance in our workshop, and then the room is constructed and finished on site.

4. Do I need planning permission?

Most rooms will not require planning permission and will fall under Permitted Development rights. However, if you are unsure, you should seek guidance from your Local Planning Authority.

5. Does my room need a foundation?

All of our rooms come with either a pad or a piled foundation. We require a flat, level site, however we can undertake groundworks for you at an additional charge.

6. Will the cladding need to be treated and maintained?

Cedar and Thermowood cladding are maintenance-free. Tanalised Redwood will require treatment throughout its life.

7. What glazing options can you offer?

All our rooms come with UPVC glazing. The colours vary according to the range you choose. We can also offer upgrades to Aluminium if required and we frequently install variations of size and type of windows including bi-fold doors, roof lights and half height panels.

8. Does my installation include connection to mains electricity supply?

No. All of our rooms are installed ready for connection to mains electricity, however you will need to arrange for the supply to be brought to the room. We can provide a quotation for this at an additional cost.

9. What if the property has no side or rear access?

We are used to properties with challenging access, and can ensure rooms are custom built in our workshop to accommodate this.

10. Will you travel to anywhere in the UK?

Yes. Delivery charges will apply dependant on location.

Warranty and Pricing
1. Do prices include VAT?

No, all of our displayed prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 20%.

2. What guarantees do your rooms carry?

All Future Rooms come with a 10 year guarantee. This excludes storm or malicious damage.

3. What are your payment terms?

We apply staged payments terms. The first payment of 25% of the room price will be required upon confirmation of the order. The second payment of 65% of the room price will be required once the room arrives on site and installation commences. The final 10% payment is not required until the room is fully complete to your satisfaction.

4. What if there is a problem with my room after completion?

The Future Rooms guarantee means we will seek to remedy any defect or fault arising from materials or workmanship. The process and steps we will take are clearly set out in our Standard Terms and Conditions and our Future Rooms Guarantee.
